Through a range of practical measures, we aim to reduce our consumption of resources and continue improving our hotel step by step.

Using resources responsibly

With water-saving tap aerators, automatic master power switches in our guest rooms and energy-efficient lighting, we aim to reduce our energy and water consumption.
Our solar thermal and photovoltaic systems harness the sun's energy to produce hot water and electricity. We also use solar energy to help heat our swimming pool.
Smart room controls and an energy optimisation system help us manage energy use according to actual needs.
In our rain garden, we also collect rainwater, which we use for irrigation.

Exploring without a car

Guests arriving by bus or train can make use of our transfer service by prior arrangement. The South Tyrol Guest Pass Lagundo, included in your stay, allows you to use participating public transport services throughout South Tyrol at no additional travel cost.
We also provide charging facilities for electric cars and e-bikes directly at the hotel.

Small steps in everyday hotel life

We avoid plastic bottles in designated areas of the hotel and take care to reduce unnecessary packaging.
In our kitchen, we favour regional and seasonal products whenever they are available and suitable for our menu. We handle food thoughtfully and aim to reduce avoidable food waste.
For housekeeping, we use cleaning products supplied in large refillable containers and take care to use only the amounts needed.

Our guests can also contribute to a more mindful use of resources through small everyday choices.
Changing towels and bed linen according to actual needs helps us avoid unnecessary laundry cycles. We also appreciate your support in separating waste for recycling. Our team members receive training in the relevant procedures.
Our digital guest information service also allows us to do without printed guest information folders.
