Good to know 

By paying your deposit, you confirm your booking and accept our general terms and conditions and cancellation policy. The deposit may be retained in the event of cancellation. If you cancel your stay in good time, we will gladly accommodate you by issuing a credit note, so you can look forward to a break at Sonneck at a later date.

Your room will be ready from 14.00 on your arrival day. On departure, please vacate your room by 10.30, allowing us enough time to prepare everything for our next guests.

Booking directly pays off: reserve your holiday through our website, by email or by phone and you are guaranteed our best available rate.

You can settle your hotel bill in cash, by debit card or credit card, or by bank transfer before arrival. Where possible, we appreciate payment in cash.

As soon as you receive our written booking confirmation, your stay at Sonneck is firmly reserved. Then all that remains is to look forward to it!

Fancy a bike ride? Our two e-bikes are available to hire for 33 € per day. Reception will provide all the information you need, along with a personal tip or two for particularly lovely routes around Lagundo.

If you bring your own bike, you can store it securely in our bike garage.

Your four-legged companion is welcome at Sonneck by prior arrangement. We charge 18,00 € per day for dogs, excluding food. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, pool area, or on the sunbathing lawn.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Would you like to enjoy your last holiday day a little longer? Late check-out is possible subject to availability. Just ask us – we will see what we can arrange for you.

While you recharge your batteries, your electric car can do the same: charge it conveniently at our own charging station. Billing is handled easily through our hotel app and can be settled at check-out.

The local tourist tax is 2,90 € per person per day, payable at the hotel. Children under 14 are exempt.

To ensure everyone's comfort, all our rooms are non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke outdoors. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

We clean your room carefully every day so that it always feels welcoming. Would you prefer to skip housekeeping occasionally? Just let us know. You will help us save water, energy and cleaning products – a small contribution that can make a real difference.

Sometimes things do not go to plan. To help you look forward to your holiday with peace of mind, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. This provides financial protection in the event of unexpected illness or other insured reasons.

Plans sometimes change – we understand. At the same time, please understand that we cannot always rebook rooms cancelled at short notice. The following cancellation terms therefore apply:
For cancellations from 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, we charge 70 % of the booked stay. From 7 days before arrival, and in the event of a no-show, early departure or late arrival, the cancellation charge is 100 %.
Please note that this is a flat-rate compensation for the loss incurred, rather than payment for services provided.
Please notify us of cancellations in writing.
 

If you arrive by train or plane, we will be happy to organise a transfer by prior arrangement. This service is available for a fee.
The nearest railway station is in Merano, around 4 km from our hotel. Bolzano Airport is approximately 30 km from Sonneck. Your relaxation can begin on the journey here.
 

Our wellness area is open daily from 15.00 to 19.00. Sauna towels and a soft bathrobe are provided in the wellness bag in your room.
Please note that our saunas are textile-free areas and are used without swimwear. You are, of course, welcome to sit or lie on a large towel.
